A course to fulfil the growing demand of the retail industry for trained retail professionals has been launched by the Footwear Design and Development Institute, Noida. This two year full time program aims to equip the students with skills, creativity, knowledge and insight to understand retailing as a business management discipline.
The applicants will develop expertise in management and communication and exercise the skills required for retail operations. Students will be exposed to areas of consumer behaviour analysis, customer relationship management, financial management, retail accounting, marketing and operation management among others.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Duration: Two years
Cost of course: Rs 75,000 per semester
Starting salary: Rs 15,000- Rs 25,000 p.m.
